"Contacting alumini, especially those who studied your course all those years ago, can be a rewarding experience because you get a glimpse of possible careers that are awaiting you! Some have stayed on the same tracks but many have changed completely and are working in all kinds of diverse countries and careers. Listening to all those stories can be fun too, especially the guy who caught a plane to Australia two days after graduation with only a backpack and a can of Tesco-value beans to his name, a little daunting perhaps!"
